FRS - File Replication Service

I have just set up FRS between 2 of my domain controllers. This is being done over a wan. I setup some DFS links and then setup replicas pointing to shared folders on the remote server. Everything worked fine until I turned replication on for this last folder. At this point I can add a file to the already existing links and the file replicates across to the remote server with no difficulties. The last folder I started this on is a 7GB folder and I enabled the replication in the replication policy and I set my local server as the master and enabled replication on the remote server for that folder. These files have not replicated and it has beeen a day & 1/2. Is there some calculation for how long it will take for the replication to take place? Or is there a limit on the number of folders you can replicate?

To replicate a 7-GB folder, it is important that you sized your USN journal
and staging directories correctly on all replica members and that you are
running the latest SPs/hotfixes for FRS. I recommend that you install the
Ultrasound tool available on www.microsoft.com/frs and review the FRS design
and deployment guidelines provided in the accompanying Help file. Ultrasound
will tell you what the issue is and how to fix it. Without knowing what
errors you've had in the FRS event log or those reported in Ultrasound, it's
hard to say what the problem is.
