Frozen Trackpad and Keyboard

Hello,

My new ( 7months old) Toshiba Equium Lappy has decided to throw the toys off the pram and as a result I have no mouse or Keyboard.

I have tried to re-install the drivers, then Safe Mode and so far nothing has happened. I ran Norton and it doesn't detect anything.

Please please please, can someone tell me what I am doing wrong and if there isn't anything else I can try?
 
I would take it back from wence it came or RMA it, Definitly sounds faulty. i assum it has a warrenty
