OK, let's try this. With Outlook closed, search for *.pst (hidden). It's
probably called outlook.pst if you haven't changed it. When you find it,
make a copy and name the copy copyofpst.pst (or whatever). Then search your
computer for scanpst.exe (hidden). Double click it and point it to your
outlook.pst and let it run. If errors found, repeat till no errors found.
Try Outlook now. By the way, how big is your pst file, and what version of
outlook are we talking about?
