FROZEN MAIL... PLEASE HELP!

My Windows mail has frozen on retrieving a message. How do I correct this
issue?
It says finishing current message and will not allow me to send or receive
any other mail. Has not changed for over 7 hours. I cannot get any of the 4
accounts to receive mail or send due to this.

Please I need assistance with this asap.. its my business emails.
