FrontPage2003 how can I insert a webcam image?

I am using FP2003 and I want to insert a webcam into my site (hosted by
Yahoo!!). My Web Cam is at our fire station and I have it accessible via
Dynamic DNS. I would appreciate any tips on how to do this

If you are talking about streaming video, then you can forget it with
a Yahoo acount.
Otherwise Webcams normally come with software to upload images to the
web site periodically.

And, if a normal webcam with FTP uploads, probably outta luck there too, as
Yoohoo doesn't allow subwebs (at least they didnt when I had some webs
there)
