Frontpage won't allow BG Pictures....

OK, here is the deal. I recently applied all the service
packs and updates to my XP machine with Front Page. Now
I go to open my website and it won't let me change the BG
picture within cells or border colors and lots of other
weird stuff.

Any ideas before I try and reload FP?

Choose Page Options from the Tools menu, click teh
Compatability tab, set all the dropdown lists to Custom,
and select all the check boxes.
