I am receiving a Port 80 error when I attempt to creat a new single page. I'm
total novice. Is Win2k compatible with frontpage 98? Thanks.

Yes, but the FP PWS is not. This is installed when you do a default install of FP98. You need to
uninstall FP98 completely.

Then you need to install IIS and the FP extensions from under Control Panel | Add/Remove | Windows
Component, you will then need to configure the FP extensions, for the default web site, then you can
install FP98 using the Custom install option.

Do not select to install the FP PWS, FP98 extensions, or administrative functions, etc.
