If you still have a hosted or local site that uses a discontinued theme (like arcs), that site would need to be opened in FP and the
theme modified (saved under a new theme name ) for FP 2003 to make it available to other FP 2003 sites as a custom theme in your
custom theme folder at:
%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Themes
