FrontPage template problem with path

I am using an htm page from which i create a template. I use the described
method for saving the template to the Web. When I create a new page using the
template, and this page resides in a folder under the root, the path to the
' Includes' is incorrect. For example......
fpweb:///LangstoneTechnologyPark/LTPtopbannerimage.htm. In fact the Include
should only be to LTPtopbannerimage.htm as this resides in the same folder as
my new file.

How can I solve this problem, so that my web page shows the includes in IE?

Steve, I do not want to do this for every new page i create from the
template. I have read that I can create a subweb in FP. This seems to me to
be the way forward.
This way I can control all my subsites under the root. Each subsite would
have it's own templates.
Is there anything that I have to beware of when using subwebs ?

What about ISM on the server ?

Thanks for your help.

Templates and Includes are limited to the web (subweb/subsite) they are created in. All content must
be created within or imported into the subweb / subsite for FP to manage the content and links.
