frontpage template for tutorial

Hi,

I am working on a frontpage tutorial called FrontPage 2002: Transferring
Course Materials to the Web and FrontPage 2000: Creating a Course Web Site.

I want to know how I can download a template called course web to my
frontpage? Where to get it?

I would like to get quick answers because I am planning to start my computer
class with this tutorial. ( I am using XP at the moment).
