frontpage server ext admin

Using frontpage 2002 and server extensions on a server 2000 machine. When I
go to the admin page and the tighten security is applied my navigation bars
disappear. Any help would be appreciated.

The server extensions do not work as I cannot get any of the components
requiring fpext to work. I have installed the latest file.
 
How are you uploading your content to the web server, via FP's http mode,
which is required for any FP run-time component to work that requires the
extensions.
