Frontpage saving files to desktop

Whenever I save the page I am building, front page saves the page with 0
bytes in it and a folder with the name of the page on it and inside the
folder is an xml file. Anybody know why this is happening? Is there some
internal option that I have unknowingly set that would copy these files, say,
from the clipboard or elsewhere. I am really baffled by this. Can anyone help
me? Never had this problem in FP 2000. Thanks

Hi:
This is the third time that you've asked this question in the last 5 days.
Here is my answer - again:

Are you starting FrontPage from a shortcut on your desktop or the
Quicklaunch bar? Try starting it from Start | Programs instead and see if
the problem goes away.

If this is not the problem and the solution, please let us know - in this
thread. Please do not start a new thread.

Thanks,

Thanks Kathleen. Your suggestion seems to work. What is the difference
starting from a shortcut and from start?

The shortcut you were using is probably corrupted. You can delete it and
create a new one - find FRONTPG.EXE and create a new shortcut - or you can
continue to start it from Start | Programs.

I'm glad you found your way back here :-).
