Frontpage Reports question

I am view usage/visiting user data in the reports section of Frontpage. It
lists all users that have accessed the site, but it also lists All Others as
a user. Can you tell me what the All Others user is made up of or where it
comes from?

All Other is just that
- users the results can't determine specifics for
