FrontPage removal

FP was never a core Office application.

To my knowledge it was never part of ANY version of MS Office.

Although, I have seen "Office 2000 Premium" which does include FP2000.

As far as I'm aware the top of the range of Office products is Office
Professional...or is there another one above this.

Starts at "Small Business Ed", then "Standard", then "Professional". (not
including any of the academic/student versions).
