Frontpage publish

I'm trying to pub lish a server based site to another server. It starts and
a few minutes into it presents the following error:
No "content type" in CGI environment
and then it stops publishing. I've tried directory by directory and the
error pops up on most directories.

How do I solve this problem???

Do both sites have the FPSE
- are you publishing a web (or subweb ) to a root on the new server
