Hi guys,
I'm new at this website stuff. I've designed a page, and have found out
that many fonts don't show up on other people's computers (or they show up as
a "standard" font), and I've corrected that. However, I set up the site to
display properly on my monitor. Unfortunately, it displays WRONG on most
other computers. How should I set (re-set) the site to display correctly on
EVERYONE's computer...preferably, without having to totally start from
scratch. ???

HELP!!!

:-)

If you a 'fancy' font, one you have installed on your compute, the computer
viewing your web page must have the same font installed. I teach web page
design at a primary school and I have a list of universal fonts the kids can
use ie. Times New Roman, Arial, Comic Sans etc. If you use WordArt you can
use your 'fancy' fonts.

Thank you to both of you. I have to wait to get to an "outside" computer,
but I think I've got it...at least I hope I do!!

THANKS!

How does your post relate to your subject line "Page Size" ?? Your post is
about fonts showing on your PC but not on other users'.

Has nothing to do with "page size".

Anyway, you need to use a standard, web-safe font like Arial or verdana or
Tmes roman.

If you want fancy fonts, limit them to titles or headings - make an image of
the text in that fancy font, insert the image into the page.
