frontpage notify

Hello,


I and my friends publishing web (apple) with files from the same file server
(etc: \\server\apple\) from different locations ti IIS.
I'd like to know, if Frontpage has notify or something similar ...when
someone open web \apple\ and if anybody of others still have open this web,
the second one have to get message like in Excel or Word, for read only
......and cannot publish...
