Frontpage new window

Hello. I want my web site to create a new window after some visits my home
page. I have been to other sites that always create a new window after a
person clicks to view something else from their home page. What code can I
enter on my home page or any of my pages to do this? And is there any way
that you can email me with the answer at (e-mail address removed)? Thank you!

There is also Spawn: http://www.jimcosoftware.com/addins.aspx that might be
able to work better if you do not understand code

Right click your hyperlink and select Properties.
In the dialog that opens, click Target Frame and then select New Window.
