Frontpage Media Player plugins

I would like to add video to my website. I wouold like
the viewers to be able to see the controls rather than
embed the movie in the page. Preferably with a plugin so
my visitors do not have to update their media player.
Most of my audience would not have a clue on how to
update thier player.
