FrontPage Mailto form giving error

Hi

I set up a form using the FrontPage facility - just the
options available through their dialog boxes - no
tweaking the html, however I keep getting an error

Error Object expected
Code 0
url http://www.rettsyndrome.org/join-test.htm

Any ideas?

Might want to check the path on the url it can not be found!
