frontpage & macromedia

I have macromedia (flash, DW, and fireworks) I use FrontPage for publishing,
but flash and fireworks for graphics, anyone else have compatibility issues?
I cant insert fireworks png's into FrontPage docs...biggest issue is with
flash I have no clue at all how to insert a vid into my FrontPage based
site. I would hate to have to switch to DW after working with FP but it
seems as though it is necessary.

There are no compatibility issues with Flash and FP. Insert .png and video
into your Flash movie (MX supports video, v5does not), before inserting into
HTML. To embed Flash into FP, get the add-in from Jimco or see this:
