I was wondering if you can help as I am having great trouble with my website.
On my page I have a table.
In one of the cells, I want to have a coloured border with an embedded youtube link.
I have tried using layers, but when you view on different screen resolutions the video is not in the border.
I have also tried setting the border as a background, however on different resolutions the background picture of the border keeps repeating.
Is there any way I can get around this ?
