FrontPage: How to change a document in one iframe from another ifr

I can use the pulldown menus -- Format: Behaviors: Insert: Change Property: --
to alter items in the current iframe. Is there a way to change the .htm
document in a diffierent iframe?

If I want to list more projects I thought I could put an inline frame in the
cell that has text and use mouseover and mouseout to swap images that show
the designated project area. I don't know how to refer to the map cell in
FrontPage so I thought I could put an inline frame there too, but it would be
better just to have the images swap.
