FrontPage Help is Broken

FrontPage Help is broken. For awhile it would sometimes function, but now
turns brown and the program ends.
I see that it is called MSO Help. I was going to Repair FrontPage, but
FrontPage App is not broken. How do I fix MSO Help for FrontPage?
 
Run a repair on one of your office programs and then on FP
