frontpage form to an excel spreadsheet

Hi, I am hoping to put a form into FrontPage that allows me to systematically
categorize information, such as into an Excel spreadsheet or even just a Word
table. Currently, I have the form set up to email each Submission
individually, and I do not know how to get rid of the email setup and switch
to a spreadsheet. Thanks very much for your help!
 
You site needs to be hosted on a Windows IIS web server with the FP extensions, then you can have
your form generate a Access database to store the form submissions using FP's database components.

this? Unfortunately, your reply confused me.

How do I generate the Access database? Or, where can I find the information?
