frontpage form problem

I have created a form on my website to collect emails for a mailing list. I
have it set up to send the information to my email address and to the
formrslt file in the private folder on my site. Neither one is working I test
it and get no results either way. I talked to my webserver company and they
said that it is not a problem on their end. Frontpage extentions are
enabled. What have I done wrong?

FrontPage extensions may be enabled, but, has the host configured the forms
to email transport in the extensions?
