FrontPage Form not emailing submissions

I have a website where I have a form that interested people can complete.
Upon completion, they submit, and it should email me. I am using Frontpage,
and have deisgned other sites using the same form and same web hosting. This
one just doesn't work.

I should also say it generates both a system Confirmation page as well as a
custom page. The email just never arrives. I have deleted and rebuilt the
page, but I still have the same problem.

My hosting company swears its my problem. Any suggestions.

Make sure your host has enabled Email transport and allow emails to an address outside of the domain
