I am using FrontPage 2003 because of a Link Bar menu that it has and is not
included in 2007. I use Go Daddy to host my website. I have installed the
FrontPage extensions on my Go daddy hosting account. They are telling me
that if I want multiple user accounts so more than one person can upload data
to my account I need to upgrade to IIS 7. They said IIS 7 doesn’t support
FrontPage extensions. What are the FrontPage extensions and do I need them
and is it true IIS 7 doesn’t support them?

See here for the components that require the FP 2002 server extensions,
including custom link bars:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/281532

"They" may require you to use IIS7 server as a matter of their own policy.
And, there are indeed FP server extensions available for them, but they may
not want to mess with them.

BTW, GoDaddy has a terrible support reputation when it comes to FrontPage.
This newsgroup has been full of horror stories. You'd be better off to find
a different host.

: Good to know. What service do you recommend that works well with
FrontPage?
