frontpage extensions

What only works if the server has frontpage extensions installed?

I know that Frontpage forms will not work without the extensions. What else
requires the extensions?

Guest Book
Security
Hit counter
SubWebs
Database features

Also, you won't be able to edit the site "live" on the server.

Applies to FP2003 as well, since it provides the same features/functions as FP2002 that require the

I have a password-protected page where the user name and password are in an
Access database. Would that page not work?

ASP/VBScript doesn't use the FP run-time extensions
