FrontPage Express

On my old computer with IE 5, I also had FrontPage Express. On the new
computer with IE 6, there is no FrontPage Express.

Is FrontPage Express still available? If not, why? Netscape 7.1 includes
an HTML editor.

You can read this article but it really doesn't say why it was not
included all those years ago.

longer includes FrontPage Express with Internet Explorer.

Did it ever? I thought it came with Office.

One reason why FPE was discontinued in my opinion is that it
wasn't very good to begin with whereas improvements made in
Word and Excel turned them into much more capable HTML
editors.
