For anyone looking heres Frontpage Express v2.0.2.1131 which came with
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01, this was the last release that I know of.

This Zip file includes a full installation to where you want it.
This installation also has a full working Help file and New page creation,
which is lacking in other FPE downloads I have seen.

The bat installation mearly sets up the cab extraction to point to the
right place for FPE installation and short cut setup.

Thanks -- but I find that it's all in German. Is an English version
available? Or how do I change the language setting?

It looks like Frontpage Express can be downloaded from :

Or you can download the needed files from Microsoft.
