Frontpage error

Hi,

In a mistake I removed the the Results.csv file from the web site. after
that each time I upload a file to the server I got this error message: (even
after republishing the web)

FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.


Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details.

-----------------------
In the log file there was these messages:
1- OS Error #5 Message: Access is denied.
2- Cannot rename "Web site folder".

Any help?

What happens if you create a new file of the same name back in the web?
