frontpage crashes during theme or navigation addition

I've been hopelessly trying to get around this. It doesn't
happen at home but in the office everytime I try to add a
theme or add navigation bar frontpage restarts and give
following error
WEC Socket notification sink:FRONTPG.exe - Application
error

I'd appreciate any ideas

Delete everything at office and import the web.
