Frontpage can't upload

I've been using Frontpage for years and love it. I 've run across a few
problems over the years but not one like the one I'm currently having. My
husband recently did some sort of register scan on our computer and I'm
wondering if it has anything to do with that because the problem arose after
he did that. When I got to publish my site, instead of running through the
normal publishing it will ask for my domain and passwords again. It will just
run through that over and over again. Never had it do this before. Has anyone
else had this problem and know how I can fix it?

Go here: http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm and download FP Cleaner ( with Expression Web Designer and
SharePoint Designer support )
Download links are at the bottom of the page.
Run the functions that clear:
The Hidden Temporary files.
The Hidden Cache (*.web) files.

See if it helps.

If not, have your hosting company check / repair the FrontPage Extensions for your domain account.

The FP cleaner worked for one upload and then the problem arose again. I ran
the cleaner again only for it to not still not work. I'm still stuck on this
and cannot get it to upload. It still appears to be on my end and not my
host. I do several websites and some with different hosts and none of them
will upload.

It can be very dangerous using a registry cleaner. Hard to say what's been
removed or damaged.
Hopefully, he did a backup of the registry, first?

Thanks for the input. Thank goodness I do have my files backed up. I just
hope we can get this fixed. So far it's looking like we will have to
completely wipe the computer and start over. The Windows Media Player also
won't work.

You could try a restore point prior to the date he messed with the registry.
Otherwise, yes, I believe it's time to reformat the machine.
