FrontPage 2000 is built so that it can become one of the programs inside
Office of different versions.

During installation you will want to let it do that. Read any help file to
be prepared to make that decision.

FrontPage is considered to be part of the Office Suite, and was available in
some of the Office packages. As with all Office products, they need to be
installed in order- it is bad juju to try to install FP 2000 after Office XP
(or later) has been installed
