Frontpage Blinking

Help, why is suddenly my FP2002 toolbar are blinking and
the cursor are blinking too. The toolbars are blinking
like lighning and the cursor's glass clock is blinking non
stop except if you will put the cursor away from frontpage.
This is so sudden can someone show the fixes.I will
appreciate it very much.
 
Did you just update your video driver?
