I have a few forms that when information is entered it goes into a database.
Is it possible to have that information entered into the database but at the
sametime email the poster when someone has replyed?

Yes, but you will need to be able to write custom ASP code and have access to a ASP Email Component
on the server to accomplish this. You will need to contact your web host to see what email component
they support or are willing to install for you.

Well that won't be a problem because i am my host running on serveral 2003
web edition severs. do you know what that script might look like or where i
could get it from?

It is custom, and has to be written for what you want to do. Just because you on a Windows server
doesn't mean the host gives you access to an email component, but most do.
