I recently published a web that I created in FP98. My OS is XP.
Now I would like to be able to make changes to some pages and publish only
those changed pages. I made some changes to a page. When I click on
Publish, I put a check in the box: Publish changed pages only. But it keeps
trying to publish the entire web again - all 397 files!!
Does anyone know how I can get it to publish only changed pages??
Also, if I add pages I would like to be able to publish only those new pages
which the program should see as changed since they weren't published
previously.
Thx!
Suzanne

Are you publishing to a server that has the FP extensions via FP's http
mode?

If you are publishing via FP's FTP mode then you are out of luck when using
FP98, you would need to upgrade to at least FP2002.

Thanks, Thomas. It's bad news but at least it's an answer to my question.
Yeah - using FP's FTP mode to publish.
So....... if I upgrade to FP2003, will the web I've created (and published
in FP98) and am seeking to manage be automatically converted to FP2003??
THX,
Suzanne

Yes, FP2003 can open web created in FP98 and then manage them.
