Recently the midi music I have on several pages of my site do not play on my
computer, but can be heard by those who access the web site. What can I do to
hear the music on the site? I can hear the opening sounds and music when I
open the computer and on other websites.

I reloaded Explorer 7 and then placed a Midi file on a page and it worked. When I tried it later it did not work.

Here is the link to the website. The second page that is opened should have
a midi http://www.Intl-Esftumbler-Society.org

Works fine here.
Open IE, click Tools > Internet Options and click the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to multimedia and make sure "Play sounds in web pages" is checked.
If not, check it.
If it is checked, uncheck it click Apply, re check it click Apply
Click OK
Close and reopen IE and then try.
