frontpage 2003 vs tripod

I AM TRYING TO POST A FRONTPAGE ON TRIPOD.COM AND WHEN THE FRONTPAGE IS SEND
MY SITE TO TRIPOD I GET THIS MESSAGE AND IT IS THE 1ST TIME IT EVER HAPPEND

HERE'S THE MESSAGE:
You do not have permission to do this operation. Ask your web site
administrator to change your permissions and then try again, or log on with a
user account that has this permission.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME
