Frontpage 2003 search feature

Hello There
I have added a web component of a web search feature to my web site and we
have server extensions ticked on our server, however i cannot seem to get it
to work.
I am assuming that some where an index needs to be built to over the site to
allow the search to actually find something.
Please advise what the next step in this process is.
 
If on a Windows 2003 server you must ask your host to build an Index Catalog
