Frontpage 2003 Search Error:2can't open the inverted index file

The web search text file box yields the subject error messsage. The complete
error message is:
Error from search: 2can't open the inverted index file
/www/winedog/_vti_txt/default.wti/All.inv

How do I resolve this error?
 
Contact your web host and ask them to delete the file and then run a server health check
