FrontPage 2003 Beta 2

After installing the Beta 2 Refresh Pack, if I try to run
FrontPage 2003, I get the following error:

FRONTPG.EXE - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point ?
UDC_LOCATION_STS_URL@CUDCDoc@DDW@@@QBGB could not be
located in the dynamic link library fpcutl.dll.

What should I do?
 
Uninstall it. Then try reinstalling it. If that don't work, wait for the
RTV release.

If you downloaded from on line, you may want to redo that
you may have missed a file or it got corrupted on the
way,if you have the cd, uninstall reboot and reinstall
the full version,

Did you download and install the 2TR for MSO first, then FP

I also have the same problem after installing the beta
refresher. The worst thing is that the Beta Refresher
cannot be uninstalled. Question: What is RTV? And did
Microsoft address this issue seriously yet?
