FrontPage 2003 Beta 2 Technical Refresh Patch

The file fpsetup.exe is no longer available at the Microsofts download section. Where can we find it?

I know that Office 2003 now went live but there is still some 18 days to go before the beta expires. The reason I need it is because I can't start FrontPage after reinstalling Office 2003 beta on my new computer and I'm still waiting for Office 2003 delivery.

Try deleting all of the DLLs in this folder:

\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\60\BIN

and then running detect and repair.

I'm not sure if this will work, but I don't know of any way to get the Beta
to you, so if this doesn't work, I'm afraid there is probably nothing else
to be done.

Thanks John but no luck!!! But surly the update must be available somewhere??? The beta doesn't expire yet for another forthnight!!!

I can't find them anywhere. The problem is that there were quite a few
patches out there for the Technical Refresh. Updating only one program
(like Word) but not another (like FrontPage) broke the shared components.
Since FrontPage RTM'd and since the patches should have been applied
simultaneously, it looks like we have removed them from the public site (as
far as I can tell).

Maybe someone else here knows of a location for the patches.

Surely there must be a way to get them back at the download pages? I know that other people want them as well...

Give us the service we deserve as beta-testers and customers of Microsoft!!!! Maybe someone could explain why the patches is removed before the beta-program has expired???

The beta *program* ended when Office 2003 was launched. The expiration date
of the beta *software* is a completely different issue.
