Frontpage 2003 and Sharepoint Designer 2007

I have a website which was designed and is mostly maintained in Frontpage
2003, and is hosted on a server with Frontpage extentions. I am currently
evaluating Sharepoint Designer 2007 (beta) and wonder if there are any issues
if I publish updated pages from the beta app? One option in particular in
Sharepoint is a checkmark which states" Manager the Website using hidden
metadata files" - should I check this or not?
 
At this stage of SP-D development, No.
