frontpage 2002 or 2003?

I am new to this and I am wanting to build a website for my business that will include a shopping cart. I know I will need bcentral or a equivalent to process credit cards and provide the shopping cart function.
Any real benefit of buying 2003 over 2002 (frontpage) and was i reading the info correct frontpage 2003 requires microsoft office 2003 to be installed on your computer? If so, does frontpage2002 require microsoft office product as well?

Please correct anything that i may have wrote incorrect. Why can't Microsoft just make their info straight forward?

I do appreciate any time you have to straighten me out.

You don't need the Office Suite for either version. FP will work standalone
just fine.
