Frontpage 2002 Installation Error

When I try to load Frontpage 2002 I get the Error 1402. Set up cannot open
the registry key. UNKNOWN?MsoHelp.Htm.Help/CLSID Verify that you have
sufficeint permissions to access the registry keys. By the way I am signed
on as Administrator.
