Frontpage 2002 hyperlink icon on tool bar has disappeared.

How do I replace the icon on the tool bar to make a hyperlink. Thanks

Tools > Customize > Commands > Insert > Hyperlink (it's at the very bottom
of the list) grab it with your mouse and drag it up to the toolbar.
