Frontpage 2000

Trying to run Frontpage 2000 on XP Pro platform. For some reason when I
choose any of the "themes" I can preview the theme but when I choose that
theme it will not display anything orther than the background associated with
that theme. The banner and radial buttons and oter items are missing from
the page.
 
You build a navigation structure under Navigation View in order to see these items.
