FrontPage 2000 won't import a PDF that's too big

Anytime I try and import a pdf that is a larger file (16 pages) or has a lot of graphics, I get the error message "An error occurred accessing your FrontPage web files. Authors - if authoring against a web server, please contact the webmaster for this server's site. Webmasters - please see the server's system log for more details.

Has anyone else had this problem?
 
Is the file over 1mb in size. If so drop it in the web using windows and then link to it in
FrontPage and then Recalculate hyperlinks.
There is an issue with FrontPage and files over 1mb in size.
